We built the service that we needed
We're a company based in France, composed of a small team of IT people that specialize in email software.
We've been here since 2019, when postale.io became a publicly available service after being used as a private tool for some time.
The service really started as a side project from a few web developers to fill a need of making the creation of domain emails easy and reliable for themselves, due to the lack of satisfying solutions out there.
After friends, families and more people asked to use the service for their own needs, it became evident that we should open it to everyone.
That's what we did, and we've been amazed by the enthusiastic support and reactions from our users since then! 🙏
With the continued growth of our user base, we constantly work at improving the service in many ways, and we plan on doing so indefinitely.
We have a ton of ideas and things to do. New features and capabilities are regularly added, infrastructure and software improvements are continuously made, all while keeping our core goals in mind: making things easy and affordable.

So glad we found Postale. Our goal was to break our email hosting away from website hosting and finding a solid and affordable solution took a while. We tried a handful of providers and clunky bolt-ons, but Postale delivered everything on the checklist: Speed, deliverability, great pricing, logical onboarding, whitelabeling, and good communications (presale questions).
