No! We're not a mass emailing service, and our terms forbid sending any form of unsolicited emails. This is partly how we're able to maintain a good reputation and thus provide a high deliverability to our users.
For cold emailing needs, we recommend the use of third party services built for that purpose (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, …). Those can easily be used alongside our service for your transactional emails.
